PURCHASING PROCEDURE
Grace Atelier World products may be purchased for personal use only and not for resale. All products are for sale on the price stated herein. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers of our e-shop. A purchase contract between you and “we create harmony” becomes effective only after you submit your order and your order has been accepted by us.
Upon placement of your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail which is not an acceptance of your order but only a confirmation that your order has been received. The contract between you and Grace World is valid when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to decline your order for any reason whatsoever and at any time.
ORDERS & PRE-ORDERS
Some of the products sold in our e-shop are in stock and some are available for pre-order, which means that you are given the opportunity to make an advance payment and advance purchase for these items that are not currently in stock. This will ensure that you will receive this item in priority once this item is back in stock. We have a standard of 30 working days for pre-orders, which excludes the time needed for transit.
DELIVERY
- Delivery time is established by Grace Atelier World in the order confirmation. Delivery is considered complete on the day of the shipment of the order, the day the products leave our inventory, or on the day the products are ready for collection by you.
- Delivery time may be extended in the event of any unexpected issues not caused by the Grace Atelier World, such as unexpected events of force majeure, strikes, and other obstacles beyond our control. In such cases, financial claims for delays do not apply. Damage caused due to delayed delivery of goods on the part of the Seller may be claimed only up to the amount of the value of the delayed items.
- You are burdened by the shipping costs, and the amount will be added in the order.

DUTIES & TAXES
Duties and taxes are not included in the international shipping fee listed above. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover the cost of any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery.
DELIVERY TRACKING
A tracking number or a link directing you to the shipping company’s website (when available), will be sent via email upon your order’s pick-up.
CLAIMS
- Immediately upon the receipt, you must check if have received the correct product/s, check and inspect for any visible damages incurred during shipping. Any material or manufacturing defects discovered or wrong orders must be notified immediately and in all cases within a maximum period of three (3) days otherwise they will not be approved.
- We shall not be held responsible for defects if the products were used in a manner inappropriate to the functional properties or contrary to the function for which they were designed and/or if the Product Care instructions as described below are not followed; and/or were subsequently wilfully altered, changed or joined with other products not supplied by us.
- Claims will also not be honoured for minor discrepancies in dimensions and colour shades, particularly those caused by the natural character of the materials used.
PRODUCT CARE
ALL HANDBAGS
GRACE handbags are made of excellent quality calf leather in grain, smooth and suede finish. They are intended for everyday use but they should be handled with care as they are delicate, handmade products. Please avoid storing the bag in a way that can damage the shape of it and always keep it in the original dust bag. You should not carry heavy objects in the bags or expose it to abrasive surfaces that may scratch it. Also, avoid any contact with liquids, rain included. Light coloured handbags should not be in direct contact with darker materials (suede, denim, dyed fabrics etc) as they might rub off on it and permanently stain it. Grain calf leather and smooth calf leather handbags can benefit from occasional treatment with a leather conditioner.
HANDBAGS – SUEDE LEATHER
Our suede handbags are made of smooth, supple suede leather that is very delicate and soft to the touch. The colour of suede products may transfer on other surfaces. Please do not bring suede handbags in touch with lighter coloured surfaces or fabrics. Also, avoid contact with liquids, rain included. Humidity and heat may also increase the possibility of colour transferring to other fabrics or surfaces. We recommend that you treat your suede handbag with a protective spray for suede leather and that you occasionally use a suede brush in order to refresh its look and smooth out its velvety surface.
HANDBAGS – CANVAS TRIMMED WITH LEATHER
Our canvas is naturally light coloured and, as a result, darker materials (suede, denim, loosely dyed fabrics etc) might rub off on it and permanently stain it. Also, please do not bring the canvas part of the handbags in contact with liquids, rain included. We recommend that you treat the canvas part of your handbag with a protective spray so that it doesn’t stain and that you avoid contact with abrasive surfaces so that it is not scratched, pulled or teared.
HANDBAGS – METALLIC LEATHERS
We occasionally use metallic leathers on GRACE handbags. Light coloured metallic handbags should not be in direct contact with darker materials (suede, denim, dyed fabrics etc) as they might rub off on it and permanently stain them. Please, also avoid any contact of the handbags with liquids (rain included) and abrasive surfaces as they may get damaged or scratched.
SANDALS
GRACE ATELIER WORLD sandals are made of excellent quality genuine leather. In order to expand their lifespan, please avoid any contact with liquids (rain and water included) and overexposure to heat or sunlight. Leather is a natural material that can be affected from external factors. We recommend that you treat your sandals with a protective spray that is intended for use with the particular leather that your sandals are made of.
RETURN POLICY
We shall accept returns for any new, unused items within 12 working days from the date you receive your order. We shall not accept any returns of bespoke or personalized items.
In order for your return to be accepted the following conditions must be followed:
- The first step is to email us your receipt at returns@graceatelier.world stating the order number and the product/s you wish to return and declaring whether you wish to get a refund or exchange the returned product. We will give you guidance on how to proceed with your return.
- Make sure that the returned product is unused, new, packed in the original package and with all tags attached. In case of shoes or sandals please make sure that they are tried exclusively on soft or carpeted surfaces so that the soles are not scratched or damaged.
- Include a copy of your receipt in your return package.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
-Accepted returns will be refunded within 30 days at the price at which the product was purchased (which is the price indicated in the relevant receipt), exclusive of the shipping costs which will not be returned.
-If you request an exchange and it is accepted, then the new order will be shipped within 10 working days. In case your new order is an item that is subject to pre-order, then it will be shipped in 10 days after the date your pre-order was meant to be ready for dispatch.
-We reserve the right not to accept the return of an item in case any of the above conditions is not fulfilled. In such a case you shall not be entitled to a refund and the returned item will be delivered back to you at your own expense.
FORCE MAJEURE
We are not held liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay to meet our obligations caused by events that are beyond our reasonable control.
GENERAL AGREEMENT
